Step 1: Feasibility Assessment

You’ll receive a custom Feasibility Report with site-specific advice, layout ideas, and ballpark costings, so you can make confident decisions.

Step 2: Design Development & Value Engineering

What looks good also needs to make sense.

We work with you (and/or your designer) to refine plans in a way that keeps costs under control and aligns with your goals. We’ll suggest smarter layouts, materials or staging that keep the build practical and on budget.

Step 3: Approvals

Get the green light.

We guide you through the local planning process, whether that means a DA (Development Application) or CDC (Complying Development Certificate). We’ll help identify what’s likely to be approved and prepare the documents to get it moving.

Step 4: Construction Certificate

Technical drawings + formal approvals.

Once the design is locked in, we coordinate all necessary documentation. This includes plans, consultant reports and compliance docs, so your project is ready to go to construction.

Step 5: Construction

The build begins... with none of the chaos.

You can continue working with us to manage the build, or take your plans to another builder.

If we stay on, we’ll manage timelines, trades, site logistics and communication, and we’ll keep your project running smoothly and transparently.

Step 6: Occupation Certificate & Handover

You move in. We sign off.

We handle final approvals, documentation, and walkthroughs so you can enjoy the finished space without stress or surprises.
